Absolutely. The melting point of coconut oil is 76 degrees F. Since your body temperature is higher than that it will just melt in your mouth--might take a couple minutes depending if you're in very cold climate. It's warm where I am:) and I prefer it melted first. Just one thing-the volume can be larger at solid state than melted when you take it using a tablespoon since the spoon will hold less melted.
