Ashwangandha - the sweat & strength of a horse! Oh yes, and the taste of the sweat of a horse. ACK! I mix mine with apple cider - that seems to work as good as anything. There is a variance in taste & consistency from the different organic suppliers. The one 'least sweaty' to me is from Mountain Rose, but as you mentioned, they're out...and Starwest too. I answer your post above about other sources, I know of a few more organic suppliers that likely have it in stock. (Pacific Botanicals grows their own - YAY, and it's always in stock - YAY ...but it is absolutely THE worst tasting I've ever tried to ingest. NAY!)

Cool deal you've got a Champion! If you can 'muster up' a juice fast to go with your first rounds of IF#1/IF#2, it'll make for a FAR more effective colon cleanse.

The best possible start? (some folks are willing to 'do it all', some folks have to 'work it in' - but the healing and restoration is ALWAYS faster and more complete if you can get all the engine parts working at once):

--Ditch as many poisons & dead foods as possible
--Ditch all the unnatural supplements (UNLESS you're somehow reliant upon them, then wean off slowly)
--
--If it ever had a face on it, or came from something that had a face on it - it's not food for healing. Do your best to avoid it.
--30 days of IF#2 (IF#1 if needed to ensure 3bms daily)
--3x daily (before every meal is optimal) take one tablespoon of raw/organic apple cider vinegar, 1teaspoon/tablespoon of raw honey (from a local hive is best) or organic blackstrap molasses, and one teaspoon of 'top hot' cayenne powder (everybody MUST work up to '1 teaspoon' - start with 1/8 of a teaspoon and go from there). Please email me so I can send you some files on the benefits of cayenne, so you'll understand completely why you need/want it
--Juice fasting/juicing as much as possible
--One full kidney cleanse (1 week) - essential when adrenal issues are 'in play. Easy to do (just teas & tincture in the tea) with a morning 'kidney flush drink' made with water, lemon/lime and a pinch of cayenne and natural sweetening
--two Liver Flushes (with proper prepping for each)
--assorted natural herbs for any specific symptom you're addressing
--Sunlight - at LEAST 15 minutes a day
--Barefoot with your feet (or socked feet) on the natural earth daily - at least 15 minutes a day (this will pull the majority of system disrupting EMFs out of you and into the earth
