With your adrenals being weakened you might want to try vitamin B, pantothenic acid, and magnesium. I had to take a lot of vitamins and still do because my adrenals were in very severe trauma. I have now boosted them with my vitamin regimen. I take 3 vit. B, 2 pantothenic acid, 2 vit. C, Vit. D3, and 2 magnesiums everyday. This did seem to help quite a bit, I know that magnesium helps with sleeping quite a bit, not every case though.
