Re: Desperation insomnia

What leads you to believe you have these food sensitivities or allergies? What makes you think, you have a candiasis infection? If this was the case, wouldn't you expect your condition to have improved as a result of the dietary changes you have made? Are you having gastrointestinal symptoms that you can attribute to certain foods? You say you "haven't felt anymore 'allergenic' to a particular food than others. It just seems persistent." This could suggest that it's not any particular food that is creating your symptoms, but rather anything your body tries to metabolize. When you have AF, at least from my experience, you may think you are "reacting" to everything you eat. I think you have to look very objectively at any suggestion of allergies or sensitivities causing your symptoms. From my experience, symptoms vary greatly based upon your cortisol state. Your body is not necessarily toxic. Lifestyle factors, stress, and an adaptation to stress alone can cause these symptoms. Maybe you have some reason to believe that these symptoms are caused by a specific infection, allergen, or toxin. I simply see many people come to conclusions about the cause of their symptoms without any scientific validation.

Do you have less brain fog when you eat in the evening versus the morning? Do you notice ANY difference in your "reactions" to particular foods? Do your eyes ever get blurry or hazy?
