Re: Animal Protein Linked to Increased Diabetes Risk

goodsamaritan55,

Interesting story: http://www.eczemacure.info

"I tried the raw vegan way, but it only led me to malnutrition in 2 months".

A plant-based diet does not necessarily lead to malnutrition, except for the omission of essential fatty acids from fish.

"I tried the fruitarian way and it also led me to malnutrition in 2 months".

I do not agree with a fruitarian diet either (exclusively fruit only) as do most Natural Hygienists: this will certainly lead to malnutrition.............

Sorry to hear about this experience..............

"So my search to having ABUNDANT HEALTH CANNOT BE FOUND IN CUREZONE... because a bunch trigger happy VEGANS and FRUITARIANS and displaced anti-animal consumptionists / environmentalists are taking over the discussions here".

Also.............
"I found INSTANT ABUNDANT HEALTH when after my fruitarian disaster experiment I ate RAW PALEO DIET. And very easy too! No strict rules, no strict recipes, no juicers, no equipment".
THE SUPER FOOD OF ALL TIME IS RAW ANIMAL FOOD with raw organs and raw blood, some raw vegs, some raw fruit".

I think you may find that a diet consisting in part of raw meat (including the blood) is not that appealing or palatable for most here, so you could have a struggle and an uphill battle on your hands.

Your comment...........
"In raw paleo diet, I'm not stuck with just symptom free... I'm scaling NEW ABUNDANT HEALTH HEIGHTS I never reached before".

This experience can easily be achieved on and after a water-only fast, and where the novelist Upton Sinclair declared after his first lengthy fast: "I have discovered a state of superhealth unknown to humans".

Personally, I have discovered the same experience as Upton Sinclair: a water-only fast followed by a plant-based diet, with the addition of wild-caught Pacific salmon, with the addition of some cooked organic chicken is the ideal diet for me.
Unlimited energy levels and a zest for living.

I do hope you find your moderator.

Best wishes.

Chrisb1.
