perhaps you are not one that benefits fully from a vegan diet... and you may need animal proteins in order to achieve full vibrant health.

What is your ancestral history? Were they meat eaters, ranchers, dairymen, vegan?

That will give you a clue as to your genetic predisposition.

I am not aware of any people that were 100% vegan in history. Even Hindu consume small amounts of dairy, gee etc. Even Gandhi tried to verify that a vegan diet was best (with the help of his closest followers) and failed conceding that a small amount of raw dairy... was beneficial for the best health.

What is your diet like... organic or not?

Do you get enough essential proteins? Even the non-essential proteins that the body supposedly makes these days has been found lacking due to not enough raw resources or protein metabolic dysfunction - which is found in nearly half of the population these days due to all of the neurotoxic, and endocrine disrupting chemicals in our lives.

In addition, *organic* does not mean quality.

Organic processed food is generally junk (there are a few decent things out there) just the same as any processed food.

poor quality organics may help prevent you from ingesting a higher level of toxins, however, they may not be any more nutritious than conventional foods... and thus, will not change your terrain or help you to heal.

Been there, done that...

people need to understand food *quality* matters...

the taste difference between say a high quality carrot and a poor quality carrot is like night and day.

same with any vegetable or fruit... meats, dairy etc.
