Have you done a parasite cleanse? I have had the same thing, but for many more years than you have. I was diagnosed with a goiter and told I had to have my thyroid removed to get rid of the swelling. I just started a Humaworm parasite cleanse, and my swollen lymph nodes have gone down in just a few days, and my sinuses cleared up completely for the first time in 30 years!
