Graphic info dont read if you are squeemish

Thanks to you both for the info.

I had the weirdest night woke up at around 4am and felt incredible sick. Between 4am and 7am I threw up over and over again and my sick was a red colour and havnt eaten anything red for quite some time. Dont know if I was being paranoid but there were things in my sick that looked a bit like baby worms but cant be sure. Also had really bad twitching in my intestine and there was rice in the toilet from my BM's this morning so all this episode might have been primarily caused from massive die off from worms, especially tape worms.

Feel better for throwing up and the kidney pain isnt as bad now but my urine was quite dark this morning. Im going to stick with the herbs for now and the Kefir as even if the DE was killing parasites I dont think I could handle that again.
