hi ya i think something serious is going on with your kidneys are you diabetic ? they say not to take DE if you are ....but if your not ...im thinking and im not a doctor but it does sound like maybe kidney stones/and worms ....is that possible ? if the DE does what its suppose to do and that is scrub and clean the body i would think it would push on lodged stones as well ...mind you this is only a guess ...the only way to know is to get an ultra sound ...as far as i know the pain is really bad and it might hurt when you go pee ....again im not a doctor but you might want to check that out ...one last thing i think alot of people are taking to much of DE to start i think you should only start off with 1/2 teaspoon make sure your not going to have side effects....good luck and i hope your going to be okay
