That same pain is what prompted me to start doing flushes in December. I was in terrible pain all the time for 4 months. I am pain free now most of the time, but I can tell when I need to do another flush because the pain returns. I have also found lymph cleaning is helpful with the pain. I am not sure what the connection is, but its very real for me. Be sure to read the post from before about underwire bras and rebounding on that. I am finally out of daily pain after 7 flushes, but I know it varies for some. I am a prayerful person and I have found that that helps tremendously too.
