sounds promising. I need to try it.
I think i read that you should not take 5 HTP if you are taking an anti depressant , which i am, bu i'm trying to ween myself off of zoloft. I took .25 mg's today. Does anyone know if i can take 5 HTP with this small dose?? if i know 5 HTP will help with Depression etc, i wont even take the .25 tomorrow and i just try 5 HTP...
