Ingredients: (100% Organic / Wild Crafted) Barberry Bark, Cascara Sagrada Bark, Cayenne, Ginger, Lobelia herb and or seeds, Red Raspberry Leaves, Turkey Rhubarb Root, Fennel, Golden Seal Root.

Don't use it. It's not good for health.

When I took Bentonite clay It also caused me constipation. Eat a lot and a lot the constipation will finish.
