Re: Painkillers during fast for headaches

Thanx so much for all the replies! I will not be taking any painkiller, and just suffer through. I do want it to be as effective as it can get. Since it's my first fast it is expected to be in a more discomfort. I guess i should've be bette prepared for fast which would help with all the headaches but since i already started i will make it through. thank you again
