can you please say what shape or form are your white patches, do they run confluent with each other making them to look like patches or are they independent singular shapes?
It may be similar as mine are tightly curled white masses, varying in size from micro upwards that can be seen directly beneath the upper dermis resulting in soft tissue calcification, some with hardened nodules. Another name is dystrophic calcification] - but in my case the result of a systemic subcut round and/or flatworm infestation affecting mostly the head, face area although felt around the body too.
