What type of brush should I use for body brushing (most recommended) and what brush should be used for the face and neck?

I would like more info on brushing as I want to get started and need some help. I read somewhere that you should use a different brush for the face, is that true and if so what should be the difference? What are the best brushes to use for both body and face? Also how long should skin brushing take? How effective is it at cleaning the lymph nodes and I Heard to always brush towards the heart is that also true?
