Please make the first move! From the sound of it---and I don't mean to be harsh but this must be said---your husband will eventually kill you.

Call the hotline when he is out of the house. Tell them your story and don't leave anything out. Tell the person on the other end of the line exactly what you wrote here and also be sure to add every detail that you can.
