Hi Marie,
Do you tolerate coconut milk or something of that sort? you could do a nice egg nogg in the morning and easily use 3 or 4 eggs and give it a nice flavor. add some vanilla and nutmeg..yum! we used to make this all the time when we were kids..before the salmonella scares that came with mass produced eggs.
