Thanks for speaking the truth about too much fats, Anthony. I've cut my fat intake way down and my liver pains have greatly improved.
One thing a slightly disagree with you about is going too low on natural sugars, like fruit. I've dramatically increased my fruit intake (about 10 pieces a day) and I feel I have a lot more sustained energy, mental clarity and less Sugar and fat cravings. I went an entire day eating nothing but fruit the other day (and a LOT of it to meet my daily calorie minimums) and felt great! My glucose levels were normal the entire time, including the next morning. I think too many people are afraid of fruit just like they've been afraid of carbs.
I think most people's problems here stem from too much fat and protein and too little carbs, greens, and fruits. I see a lot of people simply not getting enough calories per day too.
