Getting healthier will improve skin suppleness, but I'm not referring to that.
My forehead gets a rough texture as if it were getting pimply. I don't understand the phenomenon. I think it is in fact pores that make the texture, but I'm not sure why they do it. This effect can vary over the course of a couple hours, depending on how my body's doing. (I really should be paying close attention to correlate with the effects of food I eat.) One possibility is that it's a hydration issue, and that my dehydrated skin shows up as pimply. I'll try to see if the two things do line up.
