thank you. Your replies are always very informative. One more question though, how should i go about with actually breaking the fast. Can i eat a piece of Watermelon every hour or whenever i am actually hungry. And i am dedicated to change the way i eat all the way. Even though i still am a teenage and teenagers never care what they eat:p but at least ill be healthy.. But everyone says you gain back at least some sort of weight and they claim it to be half of what you lost is this true?
