I'm doing a smoothie with fresh papaya, papaya seed, fresh pineapple, yogurt, coconut oil and cayenne. I want to add turmeric, but can't find anything definitive on how much to add. The smoothie will be about 3 cups and I'll be drinking one a day. How much turmeric?
PLUS, I just read something that said you have to take black pepper with turmeric to "activate" it. Has anyone else ever heard this? If so, I'll do the black pepper too.
