Well looking at the paromomycin it comes out to 750 mg a day if i was taking the bottles worth for one week so that might be the dosage, it also has three refills on it - it could be the doctor chose the prescription amounts so it'll work with insurance and having the right amount of doses of it per week, etc.

The doctor apparently is in office on Thursday's so will try to call then to clarify the protocol before starting it. I'm not sure if I kept notes from when I saw the doctor and he prescribed the protocol and i also got a switch from flagyl to tindazole, so will see what he says about it.
