Re: Glutamate Insomnia

Awesome aerowallah. I will try Kavinace if these things don´t help (let´s hope they do!!).

Oh yeah I am the spoiled son of my father (I have two brothers and one sister). Maybe he feels guilty, I have know been telling him about it and I know he feels bad. He is not a bad person at all, but had some mental issues back then uncontrolled (and he was badly beaten by his mother, although she isn´t a bad person either).

We don´t know a lot about AF, but we know DHEA tends to be low, and cortisol tends to be or high or low. ACTH is high sometimes, prolactin high often, etc Those two in blood are very good measures of your adrenal state.

You mentioned things running in the backgotund. I have leaky gut syndrome AKA an inflammed gut with tons of food intolerances (the beginning of autoimmunity and a big inflammation factory). So I have figured out my other elements.

BTW I had GABA tested in urine and I was awfully defficient. I don´t know if the test is legit though, but it was an independent allopathic lab.
