From speaking with a Dr. At a parasite center I got two takeaways - 1 - he said having flukes doesn't mean they are producing antibodies - so a serology doesn't necessarily mean you have or don't have it and second he said praziquantel is more for schistosamiasis and triclabendazole is the one to use for fasciola.
I didn't go to this parasite center but if they sound willing to take on my case I might consider going. (Looks like it may be the biggest parasite center near America) It is a half day train ride and the doctor there actually sounded open minded which is a nice change of pace for parisitologists.
