Any serology test is a hit and miss as well (but way better compared to stool test since you will see something "going on" directly or indirectly related).

It dep on numbers, specific parasite/ parasites abilities, what's going on with the immune system at that time (their cycle, leaky gut spill out, them travelling in blood, being at specific sites), etc.

Reg meds well opinions do vary.
