very true! It will be different...some things easier, some harder...
I am a carb-o-holic too, but I have tried to implement smarter carbs over empty ones (using live grain tortilla's, grain yogurts and granola, high protein cereals). I will never give up some of the foods I love like pizza, but even w/ pasta I am trying more whole grains....
I have learned everything in moderation, and a balanced diet & moderate exercise are keys to sucess.
