just want to add that i have chapped lips this morning. yesterday i had two bm's - one normal in the morning and then the next one was pretty much very soft.

today, i didn't go at first, it took awhile. when i finally did go it was just a little, but let me tell you it STUNK - ugh - i know, TMI

i just went again a little while ago, and it was pretty much runny. nothing unusual so far that i see. didn't do my tea this morning cause i had to work (as it stood, i was in the restroom peeing every 30 minutes) - i am doing the tea right now and i feel my tummy rumbling.

i am not doing the swf - i have very bad memories of salt water and i pretty much gag - the book does give you the choice between the swf and the laxative tea, so i am just gonna do the tea
