dulce will be best absorbed if rehydrated overnight (soak the flakes in water).

All herbals (dulce is a herb/water plant/food) are absorbed and give their best effects in warm water, so I find the dulce to taste its' very best japanese style- like a soup with ginger, soy, and pepper to taste, from a tea mug. :9
