I agree, the DHEA probably isn't the right supplement. I think the number one answer would be phenyl-ethylamine. What a lot of ppl are deficient in is the happy hormone dopamine, and PEA itself to a certain extent. The extra adrenaline is a nuisance but the dopamine boost is well worth it.

I had adhd and my wife, Depression that was unresponsive to SSRIs (couchlock etc...)

Look up the 'science of PEA' and see that about half the adults in the world would benefit from a bit more sunny side of the street than they have right now, and it works in minutes so could be in yer coffee.

And the test animals outlived all the controls, so it's actually a panacaea and an anti-anxiety anti-ager.

I kid you not, check it out; my judgement is OK and I'm among Curezone's Best Health Sites for 15 years of stellar advice.

Selegiline's worth a scrip if you can get it.
