Made it through Day 10! Yippee! To be quite honest, I would love to go on but circumstances of the upcoming week, business lunches, travel and a wedding, dictate that this is the right day to break the fast.

I have my OJ, I have my probiotics, I have some miso soup, and I have more Master-Cleanse Lemonade.
