DGARDNER ~ Yes, I had headaches. Particularly at night. I would just sip on my peppermint tea to relax me, or the lax tea, and try to go to bed early. Days 8, 9, and 10 were a breeze compared to 5,6,7. You can do it!
RE: Probiotics. I am taking an enteric coated capsule of probiotics that was recommended to me by the natural health guy at Whole Foods.
Tell me more about Kefir. How do you have it? I couldn't find Rejuvelac but I am able to get Kefir. And I have plain yogurt for the live cultures already.
I had some OJ yesterday morning and afternoon. At lunchtime I had an orange. I was at a BBQ last night so ate salad (no dressing), grilled portabella, and grilled asparagus. I hope that wasn't too much for my system. I stayed away from all the meats and bread products...
Today, I'd like to have OJ again in the AM and then focus on fruits/veggies for the rest of the day. Probably have some of the yogurt for the probiotics.
