You have named all the symptoms of a Strongoloid infection that I also have.

Valbazen and Ivermectin or Moxidectin.

Sharkman seems to be the expert on this infection.
You must treat it aggressively as THIS parasite can kill you.
I am barely holding on even though I take some sort of med every day.
