I found your message very interesting. I have endometriosis. I have just been reading about Reiki., and as you stated it took a long time of self treatments to eradicate your fibroids. I am not sure if this is a UK or US website. I live in the UK and am intrested in taking up Reiki for self healing and healing friends and family, rather than taking it up as a profession. However to practice self healing I have been told you have to be initiated. In the UK it costs around £100 to have this done. I am a single parent with a mortgage, I can never afford to do this. Do you know if it is possible to practice self healing without initiation? Or is it possible to be initiated without having to go through a Reiki Master which will cost me the equivalent of my monthly food budget?.
