Thank you... that is quite inspirational...to hear that someone’s efforts are really paying off it gives me hope! I have been trying for so long and nothing seems to be working. I think my next move is to get the 14 mercury fillings out of my mouth...which is a massive commitment for me and will cost me money I don't have. I think that the oxygen thing is maybe something that I could do alongside it. I would so love to lead a normal life and I promise myself that I really would not take it for granted if I could ever get well again. It is so hard though because I see so many people here who commit one hundred percent and like yourself do all these protocols, with really clean diets. My diets good but I find it so hard not to have the odd biscuit or piece of chocolate.
