Re: Hobby Grade Ozone

It's probably a good thing that you are starting with a lower cost ozonator. If you will get benefit from ozone, then you will definitely know it even with the low cost unit. Then, if it does help and you want stronger ozone and more protocols, then it will justify the cost for more expensive equipment. If you see absolutely no benefit (which I would be shocked), then you've only spend what you have.

For the MSM, stay away from the MSM tablets. Only take the pure MSM powder. Start with a very small amount and SLOWLY work your way up to several teaspoons a day. I literally had to start with 1/16th of a teaspoon a day to avoid a herx reaction. But I eventually got as high as 6 teaspoons a day until I backed down to my maintenance level of 2 teaspoons a day that I now take. MSM alone has done miracles for some people, so it is a great protocol. And it will help your body uptake the ozone better.

The ionic water requires yet another machine. Typcailly they are pretty pricey ($500 to $1000). But if you don't mind some manual intervention, you can get a batch ionic water maker (makes 1/2 gallon at a time) for just over $100 with shipping. Here's the link:

I bought one of these and it works great. Some day when more cash is available I'll probably get one that hooks up to the sink with a spout on demand.

Good luck and keep us posted.
