do you really think that a wheat and milk allergy is only caused by yeast?

i think i have heard everything now.

haven't you ever heard of celiac disease or people who have a similar genetic profile to celiacs minus a few of the necessary genes that allow for full blown celiac? Paul, there are many factors that are involved in a person becoming allergic to certain foods. Sometimes it is not even the foods as much as it is a defective immune system due to a multitude of causes (with yeast being a small, medium or large player).

What is next? Yeast is the reason for middle east terrorism?
