I just looked in the mirror and there are veins either side of my Adam's apple that are pulsing like crazy! Plus, my heart is racing and my pupils are like pin-heads. My skin is pure white, also - I look like an extra from Dawn of the Dead!

I feel as if I have been poisoned. Can someone please give me some sort of advice; I cannot think straight and have no idea what to do.
