Re: Bought Oxygen tank need help!

The Tank says " Medical Oxygen Jumbo D Cylinder"
637.2 Liter capacity at 70F.

I hope this helps the regulator says it goes to 3000 not sure how I will now the amount of out put it goes from refill to 1000 then 2000 says full then up to 3000.

Also is it okay to get this oxygen at the welding shops to breath at night in a mask correct? Anyway to make sure its pure and clean since I will be breathing it in?
Any advice is very much appreciated.
