Re: Help Please -- Bromide & GABA Receptors???!!!
Here's something I can give back to you :)
Gaba Rice! (aka GBR Rice - Germinated Brown Rice)
If/when you eat rice, simply soak the rice in room temperature water for 24 hours (or so) before cooking.
--below info from here:

A nutritionally superior method of preparing brown rice known as GABA Rice or GBR (Germinated Brown Rice) may be used. This involves soaking washed brown rice for 20 hours in warm water (38 °C or 100 °F) prior to cooking it. This process stimulates germination, which activates various enzymes in the rice. By this method, a result of research carried out for the United Nations Year of Rice, it is possible to obtain a more complete amino acid profile, including GABA.

(I've always meant to get some, but never have :(
I used to have a list of GABA rich foods, but I seem to have lost it...and I've been Googling now for 20 minutes and can't seem to find it.
'Hope that helps a bit :)
Blessings,
Unyquity
