Thanks Molly, of course I won't stop pulling, but would be nice if it improved, like yours!


My dentist told me that if I rub my gumline for about 7-8 minutes a day just to stimulate blood circulation there, as you do, it should regrow.

With oil pulling, I do more than a half an hour / day, so that's why I'm so hopeful.
I also use essential oils.

When did you first notice yours growing back first approximately? Just curious.
