Gin and Raisins for Arthritis O/T sort of.........

My mother has been doing the gin & raisins thing for over a year (or more) and swears by it. I started a few weeks ago. I also take ACV but not three times a day (I'm working on that). The last few days (since I started adding the iodine) my aches and pains have been greatly relieved. So I don't know what's working. I might cut back on the Iodine a couple days because last night was just too weird! LOL!

Use yellow raisins, put in a jar and cover with "good" not "cheap" gin. It's the juniper in the gin that reacts with the yellow raisins that makes it work. Let is soak a few days and eat 9 raisins a day - every day. I just take a teaspoon full. It's nasty unless you like gin. :)

Good luck

Kitty
