I wanna reiterate - I've been there. I understand the bottom of the barrel.
You're 23, you can so get through this - and more over - you're meant to.

It's a puzzle, a video game. Start looking at rebuilding your brain and body like a video game and it takes the fear out of it. You'll totally surmount this.

If you wanna bat back and forth and talk about neuros, depression, suicide, et al - I'm totally here for that. We're all given a toolbox in life and that's the one that God gave me. My brother is/was very important to me and he chose to peace out at 22, rather than figure his puzzle out. You have my admiration, for sure. You're welcome to post in my forum anytime. That's why I asked for it. A forum to have more difficult discussions that didn't really fit into protocol forums. You can e-mail me or post to 'helfinger's salon' and we'll talk until our fingers are numb. lol

I have a quick suggestion for you. Pretend you're in a dreamscape and you happen upon your old self, like you're almost 100 years old and about to peace out. You sit down and look at your 100 year old self and ask for direction on where you are now.
It works. Your 100 year old self (not swayed by the angst of being young), looks calmly, lovingly at you and tells you _________________.

The answer is very specific to you and it belongs to you. Time is not linear.
I designed this exercise and it really works. What does your 100 year old self say about what you're doing and how you're doing it? Would he tell you to stop the meds and that they're aggravating your ability to find balance with nutrition and detox methods? I dunno. Only he does. :)
