Amazing.
For years, and I mean years, have tried to figure out what caused me to get fatigued, moody, crabby, anxious, after eating certain things. Many have been figured out.
First rule adopted quite awhile ago is nothing out of a can or a box. So that is employed here now.
But, you have described the same symptoms when I eat, wheat. Dang, after all these years, I believe this is it. Last eve I unthinkingly grabbed a tortilla chip, supposedly one of the healthier made ones (yeah, right), and within 2 minutes I felt it. I react to foods very fast. But there it was. I blinked and thought of curezone, and Ms. Helfinger. Wheat... blew me down with a feather.
