I agree that you should supplement with Omega-3. To learn more about how nutrition and other supplements can help you, read "The Mood Cure" by Julia Ross. Also, jurplesman knows a lot about this. Check out some of his previous posts. He has a website with some good articles, and I can't remember the link. For depression, St. John's Wort and 5-HTP are good starter supplements.
