Re: The Truth is Jesus

[[[ Well as you know this is the dogma that man has created for himself. To have the power over others in effect saying the Way to God is through him and what he represents. ]]]

What I was referring to was the preacher, or whatever he was in that video.

Strange that you asked ((( who is Jesus? )))

That was my stumbling block for a long, long time.

Most people would obviously jump to the conclusion that he is the son of God.

Those "missing years" or the "lost" years that one may call it, from the age of 12 to the age of thirty.
Everyone is aware of that but as yet I during that whole time found nothing in relation to the Bible, very strange indeed when it's written that he was the son of God.

Today is Easter Monday, the day according to history he was resurrected.

Rainy I searched all and sunder and found many opinions from the past (chatter, if you like), which related to his life that included those 'lost' years.

I tried very hard for a long time to find something that was feasible in the least to make sense of this.

After much reading and deliberation it appeared to me that Jesus of Nazareth was indeed a great teacher, healer, and had the utmost belief in God.
I felt that at an early age he see that all was not as it should have been according to God's word. The Pharisees, one of the many belief systems at the time were preaching God but not living his WORD, Hippocrates!

It is believed at the time that young Jesus was influenced by Buddhism, the teachings and practices of Therapeutae, described by the authors as teachers of the Buddhist Theravada school then living in Judaea.

Is it not just possible that Jesus at the age of twelve felt that his countrymen were abusing the word of God and decided he needed to look into Buddism and it's faith towards God.

Well there was one way to find out and that was to visit a place where he who was at one with God could learn without the complete mess (chatter) that he was having to put up with at home.

I truly think that he spent those "missing years" in India and Tibet.

You see that when he returned home at the age of thirty he gave a sermon on the mount, and he spoke in parables to those who wished to listen to him in God's name.
Parables was not the way of his homeland preaching so it was obvious that he had travelled another land.

At his returning Jesus had subjected himself to utmost humbleness, for he had to be otherwise he was not living a life that he had learnt from God.

As you know Rainy he became a thorn in the side of the hierarchy, the Pharisees.

The Trial of Jesus Christ Before Pilate.

The chief priests and Jewish elders having condemned Jesus Christ to death were not themselves able to carry out their sentence without confirmation from the ruler of the region, the Roman governor in Judea. At this time the Roman governor in Judea was Pontius Pilate.

On the occasion of the feast of Passover, Pilate was in Jerusalem and was living not far from the Temple in the Praetorium, the house of the main court, the praetor. In front of the praetor was built an open platform, which was called Lithostrotos, and in Hebrew and Aramaic, Gabbatha.

Early in the morning, on Friday, the chief priests and elders of the Jews led the bound Jesus Christ to trial before Pilate, so that he could confirm the death sentence handed over to Jesus. But they themselves did not enter the Praetorium in order not to defile themselves before Passover by being in the house of a gentile.

Pilate came out to them on the Lithostrotos, "the Pavement," and seeing the members of the Sanhedrin asked, "What accusation do you bring against this man?"

They answered, "If this man were not an evildoer, we would not have handed Him over to you."

Pilate said to them, "Take Him yourselves and judge Him by your own laws."

They said to him, "It is not lawful for us to put any man to death;" and they began to accuse the Saviour saying, "We found this man perverting our nation, and forbidding us to give tribute to Caesar, and saying that He Himself is Christ the King."

Pilate asked Jesus Christ, "Are you the King of the Jews?"

Jesus Christ answered, "You have said so" (which means, "Yes, I am King").

When the chief priests and the elders accused the Saviour, He answered nothing. Pilate again asked Him, "Have you no answer to make? See how many charges they bring against You."

But Jesus made no further answer, so Pilate wondered in amazement. Pilate entered the Praetorium again and called Jesus, asking Him, "Are You the King of the Jews?"

Jesus Christ answered, "Do you say this of your own accord, or did others say it to you about me?"

"Am I a Jew?" answered Pilate. "Your own nation and the chief priests have handed You over to me. What have You done?"

Jesus Christ answered, "My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight that I might not be handed over to the Jews, but My kingdom is not from here."

"So You are a king?" asked Pilate.

Jesus Christ answered, "You say that I am a king. For this, I was born; and for this, I have come into the world to bear witness to the truth. Every one who is of the truth hears My voice."

From these words Pilate recognized that before him stood a preacher of the truth, a teacher of the people, and not an agitator against the power of Rome.

Pilate said to Him, "What is truth?" And not waiting for an answer, he went out again to the Jews on the Lithostrotos and told them, "I find no crime in this man."

The chief priests and elders were agitated saying, "He stirs up the people teaching throughout all Judea, from Galilee even to here."

Rainy I believe Jesus was being ambiguous because he had entered into the kingdom of God long since.
I also believe he had looked inside himself through sub-conscious mind into his heart and soul and became at one with God and looked upon Him as his Father.

He was not a king as they suggested he was anything they wished to call him. Remember he had given himself to GOD so it mattered not what whatever other people said or accused him of for he was NOT of this world anymore, he was with God in his kingdom literally.

I believe he survived crucifixion, remember he had a rich uncle in Joseph of Arimathea who could have persuaded Pilot who thought Jesus was innocent in any case.
Also strange that very few people watched the crucifixion, mmm?

Jesus was resuscitated (resurrected) (same thing) when taken down from the cross, taken to a place of burial that belonged to his uncle Joseph to get well enough to travel. On the third day he was put upon transport and returned to the place that he could continue to heal and teach where he died and was buried in Kashmir.
Jesus knew he could not carry on at home.

Lots left out Rainy but until I see another account that over-rides what I have found myself then this is my belief.

Yes he is the son of God because Jesus looked upon Him as his Father.
All that God gave him was because Jesus found him within and used the powers bestowed upon him:)
