Wow, this is great! I've been having yeast infection problems for years...doing the diet, antifungals, probiotics, kefir etc and am STILL having problems. IT was a year and a half of yeast infections and now I'm on to chronic BV, but I think its all related to yeast or some sort of imbalance in my intestines. My story is this...I NEVER ever got vaginal infections. I randomly got BV 2 years ago and took 1 week's worth of antibiotic. That cleared it up, except from then on out, I had a chronic yeast infection...it wouldn't go away no matter what I did. So something got out of balance.

how often did you do the enema, and did you retain it (hold it in for 5, 10, 15, whatever minutes) or just do and expel?
