Whoa, yes sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the garlic enemas. I guess there is no such thing as a universal cure, especially for someone like you who has very severe candida. My only candida symptoms were the monthly yeast infections, and while that was misery-inducing enough it was something I could cope with. I probably only had a moderate candida overgrowth.

Incidentally, I only tried the garlic enemas after years of trying other candida treatments. I never experienced any die off but I'm sure if I had started off with something so powerful and effective right off the bat I would have.

Taking garlic enemas every three days can be hard to keep up with in the longterm, so I did try just eating large amounts of garlic but found that it didn't work for me.

How is your candida treatment going and what method are you using now?
