coffee enemas are great to open up the liver, but you're going to need some Liver Flushes to get yourself on the road to recovery. I'd recommend doing one Coffee-Enema the day of doing a Liver-Flush and one for 3 days after. That really helps decongest the liver and pull the nasty stuff you passed out of your liver out of your intestines. If you pay attention to this, you'll have a little less bile for a day or two after a flush, but your liver will again start making bile for food digestion. It's too backed up with stale bile right now, and that's what causes the pressure. Don't do bitters right now, either or the same will happen. Once the liver starts to get decongested, if you don't have enough bile to digest your food with, you can get Cholachol--a Standard Process product--from any chiropractor, but if you flush your liver , things will come around on their own. I recommend the Coke flush so no stones get caught in the common bile duct.
