I just was concerned that you were taking his advice and trying to ramp up on a bunch of different things like he suggested to everyone to do in his post.

I think it's dangerous advice because a lot of people here are kinda desperate and will try anything cause the bugs are hell!

I think you should definitely listen to your body about all the remedies, if they make you feel worse, than some more factors are at play and need to be dealt with.
