I noticed you have stated to avoid all essential oils except peppermint oil yet in your previous posts on antifungals you were using cinnamon bark oil and clove oil in gelatin capsules, do you no longer recommend this?

Do you still recommend the clean up step as recommended by Dr Usman e.g. using activated charcoal, apple pectin, Bentonite clay?

Did you eat oat bran in phase 1 of your treatment plan?
